Mini-report

Emirati Jobseekers
The Emirati youth tend for the highest job salary and best position. Not all of them but most.
So, they prefer public sector more than private sector. Because they have a wrong image about private sector. In addition employers don’t choose the Emiratis to be one of their employees because they think Emiratis demand high salary and limited work hours.  The country is trying to implement many local graduated students in private sector instead of other.  Many things are being provided from private companies but people must change their way of thinking. The best thing that private sector is following that they keep the routine work away from their target. INJAZ UAE   is a company has purpose to make good relationship between school and colleges and the private sector and correct the image of both sides to them. Moreover, Tawdheef exhibition gave youth opportunity to have a good job in both sectors but, in last year they focus in private sector.
